About
Anna Jongeleen
Ever since I was a little girl, I have been fascinated by what happens between people—the interactions that encompass love, attraction, aversion, conflict, and cooperation. I have always been acutely aware of the dynamics at play within ourselves, and between individuals, in families, and in groups of people. The energies in these interactions have always felt very palpable to me. This heightened sensitivity hasn't always been easy, especially as a child, leading to labels like difficult, overly sensitive, different, empathetic, and introverted.
Seeing and hearing other's needs always came naturally to me. Alongside taking care of numerous animals, I have always supported the people around me, including strangers in need of emotional support. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural progression for me, akin to a fish in water.
I am continually amazed by my clients' life stories, their ingenious ways of overcoming difficulties, and, most importantly, their willingness to be vulnerable and honest with themselves. Our human ability to change deep-seated patterns that hinder our authentic selves is truly inspiring.
I believe in the potential of human beings to realize their authentic, loving, selves. We have the capacity for infinite growth and creativity. However, we often become stuck in limiting beliefs, programs, and patterns instilled in us, often stemming from early experiences. These beliefs can negatively impact our lives in many ways.
I am here to help you transform your relationship with yourself, your partner, your family and your world.
